Seafood Batter Mix 100 gram.
Directions (for 2 servings)
1. Dissolve the contents of this packet with 1 cup (240 ml.) cold water and stir until completely dissolved. Add 150 g. shelled mussels and 2 stalks chopped spring
onion. Stir well and divide into 2 portions.
2. In a large pan, bring 4 tablespoons vegetable oil to high heat. Take 1 portion and stir again then add in the pan and spread out evenly.
3. Crack an egg over and quickly spread it on the fried mixture. Fry until crispy and golden on the rim. Flip over and cook until done.
4. Add a handful of bean sprouts (50 g.) in the pan and stir for a few minutes. Sprinkle white ground pepper and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with chilli sauce."
5. Repeat step 2-4 for the other portion.
Tips: * Oyster or seafood is a good alternative. ** Combining 1:1 Lobo Sriracha Sauce and Sweet Chilli Sauce will give you an ideal sauce for this dish.
