น้ำซุปก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือเข้มข้น
Thai Boat Noodle Soup Base

วิธีทำ
1. ต้มน้ำเดือดลวกเส้นก๋วยเตี๋ยว 100 กรัม ลวกถั่วงอกและผักบุ้งตามชอบ สะเด็ดน้ำและจัดใส่ชาม พักไว้
2. ต้มน้ำ 2 ถ้วยตวง (480 มล.) จนเดือด ใส่น้ำซุปก๋วยเตี๋ยวเรือในซองนี้ (120 กรัม
3. ใส่เนื้อสัตว์หั่นบางตามชอบ เช่น เนื้อวัว เนื้อไก่ หรือ ลูกชิ้น 200 g. ลงไปต้มจนสุกและน้ำซุปเดือด
4. ตักน้ำซุปใส่ลงในชามเส้นที่จัดไว้ โรยหน้าด้วยกระเทียมเจียว ต้นหอมและผักชี พร้อมเสิร์ฟ

Recipe :
1. Blanch rice vermicelli (100 g.), bean sprouts and water spinach or vegetable of your choice in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
2. Boil 2 cups (480 ml.) water and add the contents of this packet.
3. Add 200 g. sliced meat of your choice such as sliced beef, sliced chicken and meatballs. Boil until cooked.
4. In a bowl, arrange blanched rice vermicelli and vegetables. Pour the soup over, sprinkle fried garlic, chopped spring onion and coriander leaves on and serve.
