วิธีทํา: ไก่ผัดซอสทัคคาลบิ
1. หั่นอกไก่หรือสะโพกไก่ 200 กรัม เป็นชิ้นขนาดพอเหมาะ หมักกับซอสทัคคาลบิ 1 ซอง พักไว้ 10 -15 นาที
2. หั่นผัก เช่น กะหล่ําปลี หอมใหญ่ แครอท พริกชี้ฟ้าแดง และต้นหอม
น้ําหนักรวม 350 กรัม เป็นชิ้นพอดีคํา (สามารถเติมแป้งต๊อกหรือมันเทศเพิ่มได้ โดยให้น้ําหนัก รวมยังคงเป็น 350 กรัม)

3. ตั้งกระทะใช้ไฟกลาง ใส่น้ํามันพืช 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ ใส่ผักทั้งหมดและเนื้อไก่ที่หมักไว้ 

ลงในกระทะ ปิดฝาไว้ 2-3 นาที แล้วเปิดฝาผัดให้เข้ากัน 

4. ลดไฟเป็นไฟอ่อน ปิดฝาต่ออีก 10 -15 นาที หมั่นคนบ่อยๆ จนน้ํางวด ยกลงจากเตา

1. Slice 200 g. chicken breasts or thighs into bite-sized pieces and marinate with the contents of this packet for 10 -15 minutes.

2. Prepare 350 g. vegetables such as cabbage, onion, carrot, red chilli 

and spring onion, cut into bite size. You may add Korean rice cakes (Tteok-Bokki Tteok) and sweet potato in this step but the total weight 

should remain as 350 g. 

3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil on medium heat. Add vegetables and chicken, cover with a lid for 2-3 minutes. Open the lid and stir well.

4. Turn to low heat and cover with the lid for another 10-15 minutes. 

Stir occasionally until the sauce is thick. Remove from heat and serve.
